Deposits & Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be guaranteed with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. A deposit of 50% of your entire stay is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance for your stay will be due at check-out. A $200 security deposit may be added to the room final payment. An applicable refund will be returned within ten days of departure once appropriate charges have been determined.
Cancellations are ONLY accepted by phone. Cancellations for stays of one week or less are due 14 days prior to arrival. For stays of more than one week, cancellations are due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within the required cancellation deadline are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the total stay. In the event you do not arrive on the confirmed arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and room and tax for your entire stay will be charged to your credit card. Departing early will be regarded as a last-minute cancellation, and the guest will be charged room and tax for the entire stay. A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required at the Riverhouse Inn Extended Stay Suites.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
For your security, a photo ID is required upon check-in to verify your reservation. To ensure rooms are ready for our arriving guests, we ask that you adhere to our policy of 11:00am check-out. Late departures are subject to a fee which will be added to your bill. Check-in time is any time after 3pm and check-out time is by 11am. If your room is vacant and clean prior to 3pm, we’d be happy to check you in early. However, we do not guarantee an early check-in.
No Smoking and Pets Policy
Dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable and relaxing environment for both our guests and staff, the Camden Riverhouse Inn is proudly 100% SMOKE FREE. We ask that all guests refrain from smoking in all rooms, balconies, and common areas. Guests may be asked to leave without reimbursement and assessed a cleaning charge ($250 minimum) if it has been determined that they have been smoking in their room or other areas of the Inn.
No Pets are allowed at the Inn; The Riverhouse Hotel is Pet Friendly. Call to check on availability. Prior arrangements for pets is required at the Hotel.
Housekeeping services are available every three days at the Riverhouse Inn. Trash will be picked up outside the suite door daily with extra bags provided. Monthly stays will receive light housekeeping once per week..
Parking for the Inn is located in a gated lot approximately one block from the Inn. A parking card key will be provided at check in. A lost key fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card if the card is not returned at check out.
