February is For Fun in MidCoast Maine

Things are getting back to normal now that the holidays are over. The decorations are put away and families are back to their regular schedules. That’s why it is time to think about you! You have been taking care of everyone else the last couple of months, buying the gifts, making the dinners and constantly cleaning. It’s time for you to take a break and getaway. February in Maine is fun. Winter travel in Maine is fun.  Camden Maine is busy all year long, but in the winter there is a special winter wonderland quality to the seaside village. There are not as many travelers on the trails and it is easier to get into your favorite restaurants.  Skiing at the Camden Snow Bowl is ideal for families and those that want just a couple of hours on the slopes. The Toboggan Chute is open and there are many cross country trails. Winter Travel in Maine is not only about the skiing and snow activities, there are events, shows and hiking adventures to enjoy. The Camden Riverhouse is open year round and is the ideal location to walk around town, enjoy the shops and all of these February events.
